The YWAM base in Santa Cruz opens the doors to receive people with the desire or interest of serving God in a short or long term. We seek workers that are committed and with a heart willing to serve and work with a team

What do we expect from a volunteer?
To comply with all the base activities
To work in a team and collaborate with other workers
To be responsible in the assigned work
To have and show the love of Christ

YWAM works directly with the churches and in its outreach time can help in the area of service in your church, and you can also invite us to share or organize impacts and workshops which give ministerial tools to your church
